You get a full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before your event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. If a chef cancels, we help you find a replacement — and if we can't, you receive a full refund. Refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We accept credit and debit cards through our secure payment providers — Tap Payments in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and Stripe in all other supported countries (Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where supported). All transactions are processed securely.
Yes. Every chef on UpChef goes through a verification process before they can accept bookings, so clients can book with confidence.
Absolutely. You can discuss dietary requirements, food allergies, and menu preferences directly with the chef through the in-app chat before booking.
