Throughout his career, he has led large teams, participated in restaurant openings, and maintained Michelin-starred quality standards, distinguished by his discipline, leadership, and focus on operational excellence. He has had the privilege of working for the royal family, further developing his expertise in the most demanding service environments. He currently leads the Fi’lia restaurant within Red Sea Global, where he promotes a modern gastronomic concept with a distinctive identity and high international standards.
